I love photographing families. I'm in this beautifully chaotic and challenging season of life and so it brings me great joy to document the experience. My approach is to keep things fairly light and let the kiddos lead the session. We might try to sneak in formal portraits here and there and let them rip around (whether it's in the yard, the beach or wherever we find ourselves). I have a lot of experience working with kids both mine, in the commercial photography arena and with bridal parties and big events where transitions can be tricky. My biggest ask of the parents is to go with the flow :).
